- 1/2 lb orange cheese, medium sharpness
- 1 small jar chopped pimentos
- mayonnaise
- pepper

- Grate up the cheese, add the jar of pimentos. (I don't put the pimento
- liquor in mine, but my mother does.) Add enough mayo that it's the
- consistency you like and *plenty* of black pepper. No salt of course,
- unless you're a salt hound, because of the cheese.
